    magnificent views
    delicious breakfast
    inconvenient ironing
    variable water pressure
    long walk from town

The cozy double room had magnificent sea views and a powerful shower, which made for a refreshing experience after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a definite highlight, featuring delicious local sausages and tasty Belgian waffles. access to ironing facilities required a trek down the hallway, which could be inconvenient for some. Another minor annoyance was the variable water pressure in the shower during peak times, which detracted slightly from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The room had stunning views of the sea, making it a great spot for relaxation. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and hearty enough to fuel a day of exploring.

One downside was the lack of ironing facilities in the room itself, requiring a trek to the second floor, which isn't ideal for everyone. the curtains didn’t block out much light, so if you're sensitive, plan ahead and maybe bring a sleeping mask.

    excellent hosts
    cozy room
    delicious breakfast

Owners were excellent hosts, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. We had a cozy room with great views and enjoyed using the binoculars for bird spotting. It's a short, lovely walk into town along the coast.

What a canny spot for a relaxing break! The breakfast was proper lush, fresh and local, and the views from the room were stunning, like. Just a shame the pillows weren't up to scratch, though. a dead canny stay!

    What you should know

Owners were fantastic, providing personalized service and creating a warm atmosphere. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection that catered well to everyone's tastes.

The bathroom could have been more spacious, as my room had a rather tiny sink.

    sea-view room
    tasty breakfast
    friendly atmosphere
    lack of activities

The location was perfect for exploring Rothesay, just a quick walk to the ferry terminal. Our stay was enhanced by the lovely sea-view from our room. The breakfast options were abundant and tasty, even accommodating dietary needs seamlessly.

My kids wished for more fun activities on-site.

    Lovely stay with fantastic hosts

Had a fab time here! The breakfast was bangin', really set me up for the day. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, especially when I asked for tips about local walks. Only thing is, the room could've used a few more pillows for a cozy sleep. it’s a great spot to chill out and enjoy the views.

    sea view
    cozy room
    few pillows
    compact room

I stayed in a Standard Single Room with Sea View and the best part was definitely the view! Waking up to the ocean every morning was a treat. The room was compact but cozy, and I loved having tea and coffee available. Just a heads up, it could use a few more pillows for extra comfort. But, honestly, that view made it all worthwhile!
